પો.સ.ઇ. તથા લોકરક્ષક ભરતીના કોલલેટર બાબતે ઉમેદવારો ધ્વારા થયેલ રજુઆતને ધ્યાનમાં લઇ ઉમેદવારોના માર્ગદર્શન માટે નીચે સુચનાઓ બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે. જે ઉમેદવારોએ પો.સ.ઇ. કેડર તથા લોકરક્ષક કેડર બંને માટે અરજી કરેલ છે જેમાં પો.સ.ઇ. કેડર અને લોકરક્ષક કેડરના કોલલેટર અલગ અલગ નીકળે છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ ફકત પો.સ.ઇ. ભરતીના કોલલેટર ઉપર જ શારીરીક કસોટી આપવાની રહેશે અને લોકરક્ષક ભરતીના કોલલેટરને રદ્દ ગણવાનો રહેશે.
જે ઉમેદવારોએ પો.સ.ઇ. કેડર તથા લોકરક્ષક કેડર બંને માટે અરજી કરેલ છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોનાં કોલલેટરમાં પો.સ.ઇ. ઉપરાંત લોકરક્ષકનો પણ કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ છે અને આવા ઉમેદવારોને તેમની દોડના સમયના આધારે પો.સ.ઇ. તથા લોકરક્ષક એમ બન્ને માટે અલગથી ગુણ આપવામાં આવશે. જો પો.સ.ઇ. કેડર તથા લોકરક્ષક કેડર બંને માટે અરજી કરેલ હોય અને પો.સ.ઇ.ના કોલલેટરમાં લોકરક્ષકનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર ના હોય તો તેવા ઉમેદવારે ભરતી બોર્ડના સરનામે (બંગલા નં. ગ-૧૨, સરિતા ઉદ્યાનની નજીક, સેકટર-૯, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે) તા.૦૩/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં મળે તે રીતે અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. જેથી તેના લોકરક્ષકના ગુણ આપવાના બાકી રહી ન જાય.
કોઇપણ કારણસર ઉમેદવારને એકથી વધુ કોલલેટર/કોલલેટરો મળેલ હોય તો તે પૈકી જે કોલલેટરની તારીખ પહેલા આવતી હોય તે તારીખે શારીરીક કસોટી આપવાની રહેશે અને અન્ય કોલલેટર/કોલલેટરો રદ્દ ગણવાના રહેશે. જો કોઇ ઉમેદવાર બન્ને કોલલેટર ઉપર શારીરીક કસોટી આપવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરશે તો તેની સામે કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે અને તેને પો.સ.ઇ. તથા લોકરક્ષકની આ ભરતી માટે ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે, તેમજ ભવિષ્યમાં લેવાનાર રાજય સરકારશ્રી હસ્તકની ભરતી માટે પણ ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે.
જે ઉમેદવારોને પોતાના નામ, પિતા/પતિનું નામ અને અટકમાં અરજી કરતી સમયે ભુલ થયેલ છે તેવા ઉમેદવારને જે કોલલેટર મળેલ છે તે તથા ઓળખપત્રના અસલ પુરાવા સાથે રાખવાથી પરીક્ષા આપી શકે છે.
